Data PMO (Data Analytics): Orchestrating cross-functional digital initiatives and aligning business strategies with technical delivery streams with an accent on bridging the gap between non-technical teams and data engineering. Focus on translating business requirements into analytics solutions and implementing Agile/Lean methodologies in a consulting environment.

Location: Hybrid (2 times a week), must be based in Lisbon, Portugal

What you will do

• Orchestrate cross-functional digital initiatives to ensure alignment between business strategy and technical delivery.
• Translate complex business questions and requirements into actionable data and analytics solutions.
• Manage high-level stakeholders, communicating technical concepts to business audiences and business intent to technical teams.
• Design and facilitate working forums, communities of practice, and knowledge-sharing sessions for data project management.
• Apply Agile and Lean project methodologies to data and analytics project delivery.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Data Project Manager.
• Fluency in English (B2) and Portuguese (C1).
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Lean project methodologies.
• Knowledge of data architecture concepts, specifically semantic layer design.
