What you will do

• Lead the Talent & Culture function for the Montreal studio, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment in close partnership with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Support managers with performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and career development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, compensation reviews, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Quebec and Canadian employment legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with the South Korean headquarters to adapt global initiatives to the local studio reality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally leading HR within a studio or growing organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both French and English (French is the primary working language of the studio).
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and residency in Quebec.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and translate strategic ideas into execution.

• Experience in the video game industry and familiarity with game development culture.
