What you will do

• Partner with business leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, and talent development.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
• Ensure employment legislation compliance across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including a role as an HRBP.
• Proven experience supporting organizations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and change management.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally throughout North America.
