What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to five Canadian leadership functions, aligning talent solutions with overall business objectives.
• Manage and execute critical talent processes, including performance management and talent reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and lead succession planning efforts.
• Identify and implement incremental enhancements to talent tools, methodologies, and practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Analytics to ensure a cohesive and integrated delivery of HR services.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering or a related HR function.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships with business leaders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
