What you will do
- Support Production Project Managers in the technical management of main car projects and the creation of ERP routing.
- Take full ownership of technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects, including addressing non-conformities during track events.
- Collaborate with the Design Office to identify and agree upon the most feasible technical manufacturing solutions.
- Coordinate with Quality, PMO, and Car Engineering to optimize production processes and final product quality.
- Partner with Production Planning to reduce lead times and provide daily assistance to production departments.
- Investigate and integrate new processes and technologies in cooperation with technical departments.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent time management, project management skills, and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Faenza, Italy.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an equivalent role within the motorsport industry.
- Fluency in Italian.
