What you will do

• Identify and source language professionals for translation, DTP, AI annotation, and interpreting.
• Maintain and organize the resource database to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Assist in the preliminary evaluation and onboarding of new vendors.
• Conduct market research on language trends, competitor offerings, and regional availability.
• Generate internal reports on recruitment progress and database performance.
• Collaborate with Project, Account, and Quality Managers for efficient resource allocation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Translation, Linguistics, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in working with databases, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
• Interest in localization and vendor management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Rome, Italy.
