Junior Project Manager

TL;DR

Junior Project Manager (Digital/Content): Managing content production for FMCG client including digital, e-commerce, print, and POS materials with an accent on aligning client needs with creative delivery. Focus on ensuring on-time, on-budget projects, brand consistency, and data-driven tracking across multiple platforms.

Milan, Italy. Resident in Milan or willing to commute 2-3 times a week.

What you will do

• Work closely with client and creative team to align on content production needs (stills, videos, animations).
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Maintain content coherence and consistency with client brand guidelines across platforms.
• Enforce client’s tone of voice and guidelines in all produced content.
• Input accurate project data into the management system as a data-driven agency.

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of digital content, motion design, and print production.
• Experience in digital ecosystem (Web, CRM, Social) desirable; ideally from an agency background.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Resident in Milan or willing to commute 2-3 times a week.
• Excellent collaboration, solution-based attitude, independent prioritization under tight deadlines.
