What you will do

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle activities including innovation, catalogue, and license management.
• Drive global demand planning and forecast accuracy for all innovation launches.
• Perform portfolio analysis to identify optimization levers such as SKU rationalization and discontinuations.
• Coordinate S&OP data flows and analyze KPIs like MAPE and SPP to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HQ Business Supply Planning and Supply Teams to align financial and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Strong experience in demand and/or supply planning within an end-to-end supply chain.
• Proven expertise in innovation launches, product lifecycle, and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in planning systems including SAP, JDA, Excel, and PIM.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain to support the hybrid work model.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for an international environment.
