What you will do

• Define and standardize inland logistics tendering processes, KPIs, and documentation for all regions.
• Lead the Global Inland Logistic Tender Management Team and provide support to regional logistics teams.
• Develop project-specific logistics strategies and implement cost optimization measures, including RFQs and route surveys.
• Calculate full transport chain costs from manufacturing to destination and validate technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Engineering, Sales, and Legal during the tendering and operational phases.
• Represent the area in technical and commercial negotiations as the interface between HQ and regional teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management.
• Strong operational skills in ports and final run logistics.
• Expert knowledge in MS Excel; SQL is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
• Availability to travel.
