What you will do

• Take ownership of energy tariff portfolio initiatives from initial analysis to implementation.
• Drive improvements and feature rollouts for dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets.
• Translate regulatory changes into concrete product decisions and support new product launches.
• Analyze market communication workflows to identify inefficiencies and increase reliability.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize product adoption.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to Product Managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university (Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or similar) for at least two more semesters.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours during breaks.
• Strong interest in the energy market, tariffs, and the energy transition.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; SQL or Python skills are a plus.
• Excellent English and German language skills (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work from offices in Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich.

• Previous experience in the energy sector, product management, or consulting.
