What you will do

• Own and define the Kubernetes strategy and Data Protection roadmap for hirify.global.
• Lead the Trident program to develop and improve open-source dynamic storage provisioners for Kubernetes.
• Drive the adoption of proposed solutions and evangelize them within open-source communities.
• Design and lead the team through critical architectural decisions and technical execution.
• Develop high-quality code, execute technical designs, and implement test automation.
• Collaborate with product management on roadmaps and engage with customers to resolve technical escalations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Expert-level coding skills in Golang and Python.
• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native storage platforms.
• Experience with Hyperscaler technologies including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, computer architecture, and Agile Scrum practices.
