What you will do

• Develop the physics model of a Formula Student race car in hirify.global using JBeam.
• Create or adapt the vehicle's 3D mesh for visual representation.
• Select and integrate chassis, suspension, wheel, and powertrain configurations.
• Implement simulation scenarios for skidpad, acceleration, autocross, and endurance events.
• Write documentation, guides, and tutorials for Formula Student teams using hirify.global for virtual vehicle testing and setup evaluation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Active or past involvement in a Formula Student team, ideally in chassis and suspension design or vehicle dynamics simulation.
• Familiarity with the Formula Student rulebook and design constraints.
• Willingness to learn text-based physics configuration with JBeam and basic scripting.
• Ability to explain complex engineering problems and document solutions clearly.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, VSCode, Blender, or Git/SVN is advantageous but not mandatory.
