What you will do

• Track OKRs, critical decisions, blockers, and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare clear briefs, research notes, and action trackers for senior leadership.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance teams.
• Identify and close execution gaps and solve urgent problems that span multiple departments.

Requirements

• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Structured thinker and clear writer with strong professional follow-through.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the Netherlands.
