What you will do

• Own the delivery calendar and drive ceremony rhythm for assigned squads.
• Facilitate the full project lifecycle from scoping and sizing to production roll-out.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain dashboard reporting for velocity, release, and delivery metrics.
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
• Develop automated AI-driven reporting scalable across different stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency environments.
• Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded finance or B2B2C API platforms.
• Deep understanding of regulated financial infrastructure.
