What you will do

• Lead, direct, and develop the accounting team in Serbia to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Execute local, statutory, and group reporting needs, including tax accounting and government statistical surveys.
• Collaborate with Finance Directors to meet FRM requirements and comply with local treasury regulations.
• Manage internal and external audits and implement global process best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement using WCM methodologies and standardize level 5/6 processes.
• Manage and mentor direct reports to improve performance and deliver relevant SLAs/metrics.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum five years of experience in accounting.
• Fluent English and Serbian language proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Serbian accounting, tax legislation, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced computer skills (Excel/PowerPoint).
• ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience is an advantage.
