What you will do

• Prepare individual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Supervise accounting processes for hirify.global SK and the hirify.global Foundation.
• Develop and enforce local and group accounting policies.
• Advise local departments on SAS and IFRS accounting issues.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial consultants.
• Participate in ad-hoc accounting and tax-related projects.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IFRS accounting.
• Fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software.
• Strong analytical and logical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work overtime during peak accounting cycles.

Nice to have

• ACCA certification (part or fully qualified).
• Experience in group reporting for international organizations.
• Background in international audit or tax environments.
• Experience with global accounting software implementation.
