What you will do

• Partner with business teams to achieve short- and long-term operational performance within cost targets.
• Reconcile and consolidate submissions to prepare and track GM% discussions and capability assumptions.
• Optimize finance processes, standardize reporting, and perform insight-driven analyses for management information.
• Prepare and optimize financial business cases, evaluating investment attractiveness and trade-offs.
• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes, including cost and investment analysis.
• Identify risks and opportunities and steer financial actions to improve results across product development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in finance roles within mid- to large-sized international industrial companies.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, planning, and business controlling for operational management teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to connect financial and operational data to business activities and cost drivers.

Nice to have

• RC, RA/CPA, or a similar professional qualification.
• Experience in complex technology businesses.
