Cost Controller (Fintech)

What you will do

• Monitor monthly actual expenses based on Finance and HR data, including FTE and direct expenses.
• Forecast workforce evolution and associated costs with monthly updates.
• Coordinate and optimize yearly cost allocation exercises.
• Manage and optimize PO processes and HR/Finance structure changes.
• Collaborate with SCLs, Expert Leads, Finance, and HR to provide professional optimization advice.
• Prepare and support recurrent DP discussions and supporting storylines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, or Auditor (Big Four experience is a plus).
• Current residency in Belgium.
• Ability to work onsite in Brussels at least 3 days per week.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear business narratives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Formal finance background.
