What you will do

• Translate business briefs into detailed go-to-market plans with defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate across various marketing teams, including Experiential, Content, Partnerships, Community, and CRM.
• Manage a master marketing calendar to align stakeholders, avoid overlaps, and optimize resource allocation.
• Act as the custodian for brand integration, ensuring all customer touchpoints remain consistent.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver comprehensive post-campaign reporting covering data, insights, and future strategic actions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role.
• Proven experience working within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Deep understanding of owned, earned, and paid media and their integration.
• Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Familiarity with the live streaming space.
• Must be based in Melbourne and able to work full-time from the office.
