What you will do

• Own and execute the end-to-end B2B webinar program, focusing on enterprise thought-leadership and partner series.
• Manage the full production pipeline: strategy, calendar, scripting, guest sourcing, and multi-channel promotion.
• Secure and coordinate partner-led content with companies like LinkedIn, HubSpot, Anthropic, and Google.
• Manage third-party publishers and agencies for sponsored and co-produced content.
• Coordinate "What's New" product webinars for major launches with PMM and product stakeholders.
• Oversee distribution and repurposing on YouTube and LinkedIn Live, focusing on lead-capture and AI discoverability.

Requirements

• Experience producing webinars or branded content series in a B2B or enterprise marketing context.
• Proven track record in managing partnership or co-marketing relationships.
• Experience briefing and managing third-party publishers or agencies.
• Strong skills in guest sourcing and managing internal/external talent.
• Knowledge of webinar platforms (e.g., Goldcast, YouTube, LinkedIn Live) and campaign tracking (UTMs, MQL reporting).
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
