What you will do

• Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets across SMB segments and markets.
• Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions from zero with accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales across the full deal cycle from outreach to commercial close.
• Develop sharp, differentiated positioning for SMB legal decision-makers.
• Identify high-value use cases and build targeted campaigns aligned with commercial outcomes.
• Run structured experiments across channels and segments to optimize pipeline and win rates.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Sydney, Australia
• 1–4 years experience in GTM, growth, sales, or commercial roles in SaaS, startups, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of building pipeline and driving revenue with strong commercial judgment.
• High work ethic, resilience, urgency, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to build credibility with internal teams and SMB clients.
