What you will do

• Define the strategic vision and create a Local Area Marketing playbook for a network of 350+ venues.
• Partner with Operations leaders to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in operational reality and aligned with brand standards.
• Develop the roadmap for marketing tools, systems, and templates to ensure efficient execution at scale.
• Build, mentor, and lead a brand-new team of Local Area Marketing partners, establishing talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Oversee strategic campaign planning, performance measurement, and budget management.
• Manage external agency partnerships to deliver high-impact local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in senior marketing roles.
• Strong track record in performance marketing strategies.
• Experience in Local Area Marketing and the hospitality industry (highly desirable).
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills within complex matrix organizations.
• Proven capability in change and transformation management.
