What you will do

• Drive organic growth for various hirify.global portfolios, products, and services.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement on-site optimization and testing to maximize organic visibility.
• Guide and implement a customer-focused content strategy.
• Grow visibility and referrals from AI-powered search interfaces using GEO/AIO strategies.
• Collaborate with technical development and paid marketing teams to align and implement SEO best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a strong focus on JavaScript and modern web technologies.
• Track record of growing organic search traffic and improving visitor engagement and conversions.
• Expertise in keyword analysis, technical implementations, and providing SEO training to peers.
• Outstanding communication skills for explaining complex products and services.
• Understanding of B2C lead management processes and back-end integration.
• Must be based in NSW, Australia
