What you will do

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app expansion.
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, and hiring plans.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, regulations, and business models.
• Translate founder-level ideas into structured plans, timelines, and actionable steps.
• Collaborate across product, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Own and solve urgent business problems through trackers, briefs, and execution rhythms.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• High ownership, strong writing ability, and sharp business judgement.
• Ability to learn new industries and regulations quickly and handle ambiguity.
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
