What you will do

• Develop and execute a roadmap to prevent bad-actor activity while maintaining low-friction experiences for legitimate customers.
• Drive the end-to-end Risk product strategy for onboarding controls and the account risk and compliance lifecycle.
• Manage the Data & Decisions platform as a shared capability to increase development velocity and decision quality across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, policy, and AI teams to build reusable, scalable risk capabilities across hirify.global Fintech products.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Risk Product Managers, overseeing their career development and technical growth.
• Act as the primary voice for Account Risk and Decisions to senior leadership, articulating complex risk/reward trade-offs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Risk or high-growth Fintech services.
• 6+ years of experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
• Deep technical knowledge of onboarding, compliance (KYC/KYB, AML), and fraud prevention (ATO detection, identity verification).
• Experience with decisioning platforms, including real-time rules engines, ML feature stores, and risk data infrastructure.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for translating technical risk concepts into business narratives for executives.
• BS or MS in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience in a highly technical environment.
