What you will do

• Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities and workstreams.
• Build and manage the operating rhythm, including OKRs, leadership updates, and accountability tracking.
• Coordinate major cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, licensing, finance, and operations.
• Prepare concise decision memos, board materials, and performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies to prevent project blockers.
• Own special high-impact projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Requirements

• Strong track record as an operator driving strategic execution across multiple teams.
• Ability to work effectively with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with ambiguity and limited guidance.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, or fintech is a strong advantage.
