What you will do

• Lead and oversee day-to-day core operational processes across the business.
• Design and implement scalable operational workflows, controls, and documentation.
• Partner with the COO and C-suite to translate business objectives into operational execution.
• Ensure the integrity of operational data, including oversight of reconciliations and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies proactively.
• Manage cross-functional projects and mentor the growing operations team.

Requirements

• Experience leading an operations function in a fast-growing or scaling business environment.
• Strong background in operations or finance with proven ownership of processes and outcomes.
• Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial products or real-world assets (RWA).
• Strong interest in fintech, tokenization, and the future of investing.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.
