Location: Lisbon, Portugal; fully remote

is an established international crypto company with around 500 employees, scaling blockchain products and technology-driven business operations.
What you will do
- Lead Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support, and strategic initiatives.
- Improve organisational structures, ownership, KPIs, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on automation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Develop operational leaders and strengthen blockchain expertise across teams.
- Turn strategic priorities into clear projects and measurable business results.
Requirements
- Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native, crypto-product, or digital-assets company.
- Strong practical knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure, and transaction flows.
- Experience managing several teams, ideally with a total scope of 50 or more people.
- Proven ability to improve efficiency, execution, and business performance.
- Experience leading initiatives across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect product decisions with customer value and revenue.
