What you will do

• Improve business efficiency and optimize resource allocation across departments.
• Analyze organizational structure and processes to identify and remove growth constraints.
• Foster effective collaboration between Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable programs, metrics, and accountability frameworks.
• Lead major cross-functional initiatives, including new market entry and product launches.
• Develop and implement KPI systems and performance management frameworks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Fintech, Payments, or regulated financial services.
• Experience managing multiple functions and teams of 30+ people.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and performance in fast-growing businesses.
• Strong understanding of P&L, unit economics, and cost management.
• Experience delivering major initiatives spanning multiple departments.
• English proficiency required.
