What you will do

• Define and influence long-term brand strategies and annual marketing priorities for Sonic the Hedgehog.
• Develop and execute global integrated campaigns across social, PR, influencer, digital, and experiential channels.
• Oversee the production of key marketing assets, including trailers, key art, and digital content.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities to expand the franchise into new audiences and cultural spaces.
• Analyze campaign performance and brand health using data to optimize future planning.
• Mentor junior marketers and collaborate with teams in North America, Europe, and Japan.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, entertainment, gaming, or consumer products.
• Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative instincts for brand positioning.
• Experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional international partners.
• Must be based in Burbank, CA, as in-office attendance is an essential function of this role.
