Manager, Media Scale Markets

What you will do

• Develop and implement multi-channel media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives across NEUR and SEUR.
• Plan, activate, optimize, and report on media campaigns across social, digital, and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with Social, Category Marketing, Creative, IMC, Finance, Data, and Performance teams to define targets, budgets, and campaign plans.
• Manage social and influencer strategies, including paid social campaign planning.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and turn complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Manage media vendors and agencies while ensuring campaigns meet budget, timeline, tracking, and performance requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a media agency, media owner, or client-side media team.
• Proven experience developing and executing advertising campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and full-funnel marketing activation.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools, campaign measurement, ROI optimization, and data analysis.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and team management skills.
• Fluent English required.
