What you will do

• Own end-to-end network delivery, coordinating vendors, server teams, and ISP carriers to meet project milestones.
• Manage full-lifecycle project management for new datacenter builds and capacity expansions.
• Design rack layouts for large-scale GPU clusters, balancing power, thermal, and network constraints.
• Architect high-performance cabling for InfiniBand and RoCEv2, managing fiber and routing lengths.
• Configure and commission 400G/800G Spine/Leaf switches using BGP, OSPF, and VxLAN EVPN.
• Implement network automation via ZTP and Ansible and execute rigorous acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering delivery within large-scale cloud or datacenter environments.
• Hands-on experience with InfiniBand, RoCEv2, and AI datacenter physical topologies.
• Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, and EVPN configuration.
• Deep knowledge of fiber transmission fundamentals including MPO/LC connectors and transceivers.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese for international team collaboration.
