What you will do
- Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a hybrid network including Meraki, Palo Alto, and Azure networking.
- Implement network security controls such as firewall policies, Zero Trust/ZTNA, IPsec/VPN tunnels, and ACLs.
- Administer DNS, DHCP, and certificate lifecycle activities across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Execute and validate network and firewall changes through formal change management processes.
- Resolve escalated network incidents within SLA and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and IT-Sec on secure network solutions and vulnerability remediation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in hybrid or cloud-centric environments.
- Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks, Panorama, Prisma Access, and Global Protect.
- Strong experience with Cisco Meraki switching and SD-WAN.
- Solid Azure networking knowledge including VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute, and Azure Firewall.
- Strong fundamentals in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and QoS.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Datadog or Grafana.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
