What you will do

• Audit and take technical ownership of the HubSpot CRM structure and database hygiene.
• Develop and activate automated workflows for pipelines including donor nurture, partnerships, and coach onboarding.
• Build and maintain integrations and data flows between HubSpot, Thinkific, Wix, and Donorbox.
• Manage webhooks, APIs, and middleware (Integration Glue, Zapier) to ensure reliable data synchronization.
• Optimize Thinkific setup, focusing on learner journeys, course tracking, and data capture.
• Create dashboards and reports to track fundraising, engagement, and operational performance.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on HubSpot administration experience (workflows, pipelines, custom properties, reporting).
• Practical experience with Thinkific or comparable Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in integrating CRM with Wix, Donorbox, and middleware tools like Zapier or webhooks.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across CRM ecosystems and automated data flows.
• English: C1+ required (excellent written communication with non-technical stakeholders).
• Availability: Must be able to work during Sydney, AU business hours.
