What you will do
- Analyze, optimize, and develop business processes to sustainably increase efficiency, quality, and transparency.
- Identify and implement automation and digitization opportunities in collaboration with business units.
- Advise business units on process and IT-related issues to develop practical solutions.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into viable, actionable concepts.
- Independently plan and oversee IT and transformation projects from initial idea to successful rollout.
- Document complex processes and present recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in IT consulting, process optimization, or IT project management.
- In-depth knowledge of analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing business processes.
- Technical affinity and experience with ERP, CRM, and workflow systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration, or comparable.
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Ochtrup, Germany.
