What you will do

• Translate business and product needs into detailed system specifications for AI-agent services and internal tooling.
• Design end-to-end logic for AI-agent integrations, defining API interactions and data structures.
• Document complex workflows, data flows, and system behaviors using structured methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, product, and operations to roll out AI tools.
• Manage multiple parallel initiatives, tracking roadmaps, dependencies, and risks to ensure predictable delivery.
• Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Analyst or Technical Product Specialist.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, process mapping, and system architecture.
• Experience specifying API integrations and working with third-party services.
• Working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
• Ability to work in a schedule aligned with GMT+3.
