TL;DR
System Analyst (AI) (AI-agent services and internal automation): Designing and specifying AI-agent services, integrations, workflows, and internal tooling with an accent on system requirements, API contracts, data flows, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on coordinating multiple parallel AI-transformation initiatives, tracking dependencies and risks, and validating implementation against business requirements.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world; working schedule aligned with GMT+3.

High-tech blockchain company developing smartcard-based hardware wallets and mobile applications for secure digital-asset management.
What you will do
- Translate business and product needs into system specifications for AI-agent services and internal automation tools.
- Design end-to-end agent-service logic, including APIs, data structures, workflows, and integrations with internal systems and third-party AI/LLM platforms.
- Document business logic, data flows, system behavior, process flows, API contracts, and engineering task breakdowns.
- Support engineering implementation, clarify requirements, and validate delivered functionality against specifications.
- Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability through AI agents and automation.
- Plan and coordinate multiple AI-transformation initiatives, tracking roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a System Analyst, Technical Product Specialist, or in a similar technical role.
- Strong system analysis skills, including requirements definition, process mapping, and system or architecture understanding.
- Experience specifying API integrations with internal and third-party services and documenting complex system behavior.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and agent frameworks, or the ability to learn them quickly; basic knowledge of vector databases.
- Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to perform basic data queries.
- Comfort with project and program management activities, cross-team coordination, prioritization, dependency tracking, and risk management; excellent English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain or other agent SDKs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
