Director, Investor Delivery (Fintech)

What you will do

• Complete daily deliverables related to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
• Meet service-level agreements while escalating client and delivery issues when appropriate.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal departments.
• Perform operational processes and deliverables accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Support department initiatives, projects, risk mitigation, and regular team check-ins.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Knowledge of investor services processes and related functionalities.
• Client or customer service experience.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel proficiency is an asset.
