Salary: $102,000 - $120,000 USD

• Identify and communicate product-related challenges to product and engineering teams for future development.

• Serve as a liaison between operations and customer-facing teams to provide necessary tools, training, and context.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify process gaps and implement improvements through automation or revised procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in crypto product operations, crypto operations, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Strong project management skills for driving complex initiatives across global time zones.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize business workflows.
