What you will do

• Investigate support tickets to surface customer pain points and insights to the product team throughout the development lifecycle.
• Plan and execute user research studies, including interviews and usability tests, to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional product launch readiness and prepare customer care teams for new features and experiments.
• Draft and manage transactional communications via CRM tools and secure approvals from Legal and Compliance.
• Develop operational playbooks, SOPs, and educate CX agents on new product mechanics.
• Leverage AI tools to automate customer anecdote reporting and support critical decision-making.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in product operations, CX operations, or customer-facing roles in consumer tech or fintech.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD, or equivalent industry experience.
• Analytical skills and business acumen in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong ability to present analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple workstreams with urgency.
• Must be based in Mountain View, US for hybrid in-office work (2 days/week).
