Location: Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office in Warsaw, Poland)

Salary: 26,000 - 35,000 PLN net/month (B2B)

What you will do

• Own the target architecture by defining platform structure, service boundaries, and key technical decisions.
• Lead technical transformations, including on-premises to cloud migration and MSSQL to PostgreSQL migration.
• Create and maintain critical architectural documentation, including RFCs and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Drive the adoption of AI as a core architectural principle, integrating it into services and data pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and senior technical stakeholders from global banks.

Requirements

• Experience leading the architecture of large-scale, distributed, data-intensive platforms in production for enterprise customers.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C#/.NET, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Proven track record of migrating live systems between architectures without business disruption.
• Ability to review complex codebases and identify architectural weaknesses.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• AI-native approach to software architecture using tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
