What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Student Information System platform.
• Direct AI coding agents to implement architectural designs and system boundaries.
• Define and enforce architectural guardrails, coding conventions, and integration patterns.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness and parity with legacy logic.
• Lead technical deep dives, RCAs, and provide architectural sign-off on specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement of agent workflows, prompts, and development guardrails.

Requirements

• Must be based in Serbia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, or Ukraine
• 15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years as an architect or lead.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET Core/8.
• Hands-on experience writing and debugging complex T-SQL stored procedures.
• Proven ability to navigate and modernize large legacy codebases like VB6, COM, and Classic ASP.
• Experience working AI-first, using coding agents as a primary development tool.
