What you will do

• Lead, design, and maintain AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Own delivery for several projects, shaping the roadmap with PM/Eng and managing dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to identify domain-wide opportunities and influence strategy.
• Provide leadership for the Data Science team through mentoring, management, and defining modeling standards.
• Develop production LLM systems, focusing on evaluation, reliability, and latency at enterprise scale.
• Build agentic decision advisors and vertical intelligence agents to synthesize insights for F500 clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science or AI engineering.
• Ability to balance cutting-edge techniques with simple, scalable production solutions.
• Strong communication skills to adapt messages for product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Startup mindset: proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Legal right to work in Spain is mandatory.
