What you will do

• Lead end-to-end data science projects to deliver high-value AI capabilities for the client digital platform.
• Architect and build scalable AI-powered chatbot systems and conversational AI tools.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for seamless integration between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Develop user profiling and personalization models to tailor chatbot experiences.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term AI strategy and product roadmaps.
• Mentor junior data scientists on LLM applications and chatbot development best practices.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience building conversational AI, chatbots, or advanced ML solutions.
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (Math, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with SQL (Oracle), NoSQL (MongoDB), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure ML) and distributed ML (Spark).
• Must possess a valid EU visa or passport.
