What you will do

• Solve complex optimization and machine learning problems using scalable algorithmic techniques.
• Apply modern AI methods, including generative and foundation models, to improve forecasting and automated decision-making.
• Design and develop efficient research prototypes for real-world supply chain operations.
• Lead complex long-term and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Communicate AI-driven results and strategies to senior leadership.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in CS, CE, ML or a related field.
• Experience building models for business applications.
• Proven track record of patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, or distributed computing.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of linear and mixed-integer programming (MIP), constraint programming, and approximation algorithms.
• Expertise in forecasting techniques (ARIMA, LSTM, CNNs).
• Experience with policy optimization, reinforcement learning, deep Q-learning, or bandits.
• Practical experience applying LLMs and Generative AI to optimization or forecasting problems.
