• Collaborate with product and engineering to launch MVPs and drive measurable value.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in DS/ML/AI, with 3+ years in team management.
• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL, Vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate), and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Must possess a valid EU visa/passport.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level influence.
