Salary: $172,200 – $224,300

What you will do

• Build and ship production-grade mobile applications within a Digital Therapeutics environment.
• Own end-to-end architecture for React Native and Node.js-based systems.
• Design, implement, and expand multi-agent AI engineering workflows to accelerate development velocity.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and actionable plans.
• Triage and resolve complex production issues across mobile, backend, and infrastructure boundaries.
• Contribute to CI/CD practices and build/release infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, including Kubernetes and observability tools like Datadog.
• Hands-on experience architecting multi-agent AI workflows and orchestrating agentic pipelines.
• Strong architectural instincts and ability to drive long-term technical strategy.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
