What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to design comprehensive deployment strategies for the Falcon platform, including endpoint and cloud security modules.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), technical architecture diagrams, and deployment roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales Executives to qualify opportunities and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning technical services with business objectives and maturity roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Delivery teams to evolve the professional services catalog based on market demand.
• Create technical collateral and reference architectures to ensure smooth handoff to delivery teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, professional services, or solutions architecture within cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, EDR/XDR technologies, and modern security operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Must be based in the USA (eligible for E-Verify and US-specific benefits).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and project plans.
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and streamline workflows.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform or competitive EDR/XDR solutions.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CEH.
• Familiarity with ITIL, project management methodologies, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS).
