What you will do

• Develop and execute a unified content calendar across LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, aligning with product launches and marketing moments.
• Build the company's TikTok presence from the ground up, including filming and editing short-form video content.
• Collaborate with CCOs to manage and amplify the CEO's professional voice and online presence.
• Source stories from sales, customer success, and clinical teams to transform wins and milestones into social content.
• Design brand-consistent graphics and social tiles using Canva and Figma.
• Analyze performance using social listening and analytics tools to provide sharp strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of professional social media and communications experience in a corporate environment, AI startup, or agency.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA for on-site work (5 days/week).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Native-level proficiency in LinkedIn, TikTok, and X trends and mechanics.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, OpenAI) to build agents and support content creation.
• Strong writing skills and ability to produce clean graphics in Canva or Figma and edit short-form mobile video.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a TikTok or short-form video channel from scratch.
• Existing relationships with healthcare creators, clinician influencers, or AI commentators.
• Past experience supporting and scaling an executive's personal brand.
