Marketing Coordinator (AI Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States, Mexico, or Philippines; employees must work physically from their country of residence. At least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time is required. International work during scheduled hours is not permitted.

Salary: $40,000–$50,000 USD annually for the United States. Compensation varies by work location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

What you will do

• Monitor and respond across social and community channels, escalating clinical or complaint-related issues.
• Manage social media calendars, scheduling, publishing, and basic performance reporting.
• Resize, version, and assemble ad variants from approved templates and brand assets.
• Coordinate UGC, motion design, and SEO partners from briefing through delivery.
• Maintain the asset library, monitor competitors, and turn meeting notes into action items.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator, social media, or community role.
• Excellent written English and a natural, human tone in public replies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma or Canva and basic video trimming.
• Strong organization and follow-through on deliverables and deadlines.
• Must be located in and legally authorized to work in the United States, Mexico, or Philippines.
• Must maintain at least 3 hours of daily overlap with US Pacific time.
