Social Media Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own daily posting, scheduling, replies, and audience growth across vLLM and hirify.global social accounts.
• Manage the rebrand launch, technical content, founder communications, and launch amplification.
• Run founder social programs with ghostwriting, approval workflows, and publishing cadences.
• Launch and test channels including Hacker News, Instagram, and TikTok using technical explainers, conference clips, and event content.
• Coordinate partner amplification and recurring video formats such as weekly vLLM feature explainers.
• Build scalable launch systems, set channel targets, report performance, and propose community programs.

Requirements

• Proven ownership and growth of developer-focused, open-source, or technical brand accounts across X, LinkedIn, and community channels such as Reddit or Hacker News.
• Experience writing technical social content and ghostwriting for technology executives or founders.
• Strong editorial judgment for translating technical product, engineering, launch, and partner updates into credible social content.
• Experience building content calendars, publishing workflows, approval systems, and multi-channel launch plans.
• Ability to engage technical communities directly, respond quickly, and maintain distinct voices for community and company brands.
• Comfort working hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment with high publishing velocity.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, open-source software, or technical SaaS audiences.
• Experience with founder social programs, executive ghostwriting, or technical thought leadership.
• Experience coordinating partner amplification with cloud providers, hardware vendors, open-source foundations, or developer platforms.
• Experience creating short-form technical video, launch assets, performance reports, and audience growth experiments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, repurposing, research, scheduling, and performance analysis.
