Senior Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $170K–$210K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own Baseten's social presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant developer communities.
• Set the social strategy, determine channel priorities, and measure follower growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice.
• Translate model launches, benchmark results, open-source projects, engineering deep dives, and customer outcomes into compelling posts.
• Lead the social side of launches with product marketing, product, engineering, design, communications, and founders.
• Produce and edit short-form video at events, in the office, and around launches.
• Scale the voices of engineers, GTM, and leadership while managing contractors, creators, and external partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years running social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand.
• Demonstrated experience growing an account and personally writing and shipping posts.
• Technical fluency in AI inference, GPUs, and model performance, with the ability to communicate accurately with engineers.
• Native fluency on X and LinkedIn and comfort producing short-form video.
• Experience managing a trusted brand account and making editorial judgment calls.
• Ability to work in a fast launch cycle where priorities and timelines change quickly.
